Hi I had purchased the battery to replace for my ipad pro 12.9 1st gen. I was following along the video to replace the battery and there is section where I am supposed to remove 2 fragile wires after taking the camera cable off. Per the video I was watching it wasnt super clear that I was supposed to remove the cable only it looked like that whole piece is to come off. So unfortunately one side i kind of ripped off the piece. The other side i managed to remove the wire successfully. Is it salvageable? The connector that I broke is it for a critical function? Is the camera no longer going to work? Or is the speaker impacted or is the whole thing shot? If I change out the battery will it still work for general internet use with that wire damaged?

so from looking over the 12.9 tear down it looks like a speaker connection see step 12 iPad Pro 12.9" Teardown if thats the case then you have a good chance of the ipad still working over all it just wont have that side of the speaker. if this helped be sure to accept the answer :) id greatly appreciate it
That’s the speaker connector, you can probably solder it back on with the size of the remaining pads.
