Hi The connectors referenced by Christoph could fit your needs - but be aware that it is pretty easy to burn the solder coating with a normal solder station. Use a 5 watts type like you would be using for SMD type boards and soldering. Of course you could solder the wires of the LVDS cable directly to the board, but that would not be easy to do.
