@senn if your AV cable has three RCA jacks (yellow/white/red) then the yellow should be connected to the Y jack. The red and white ones are audio (white-Left and Red-Right) If that is not the wire you have, post some images of the AV cable and the back of your TV (with the input jacks visible) Adding images to an existing question
