Chosen Solution
I thought it was the microphone brace but that’s not right. I don’t immediately recognize it. I went through several of the guides looking for a match with no luck. What piece is this?
FOUND IT! It’s a logic board support bracket from the TOP of the phone. You can see it in Step 31 here. iPhone 6 Logic Board Replacement
That’s trouble right there. It looks like a Nonelectrical connector that holds something at a 90 Deg angle. I thinking a holding the charging port in place ?
