the cup fell off the headphones entirely. i opened it and saw the plastic where it connects is chipped so i glued it back on but i can get it to fit back in by pushing it in.
found it, take out the inner bracket under speaker and behind that is a metal bar you also take out and then you can push it in and replace the bar to hold it in place
