Hi Everyone, In a bind; how difficult is it to replace the touchscreen in my HP-15bk117cl laptop/convertible tablet? Are there any tutorials on how to repair? I’ve done a cursory search; nothing jumps out at me. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I’m a graduate student currently enrolled in courses :( Regards, Maitai

Hi Oldturkey03, I have some fabulous news, and it will allow me to forego repair this time around. I had to do some shopping at Sam’s Club today, so I decided to ask about the laptop I bought from them - and even though it was past the 90 day warranty, I asked if they would accept it as a return…the answer I got stunned me. They said they would accept it as a return, and that I could pick out any other laptop in place of it! I guess this just goes back to the old adage of, “If you don’t know, just ask.” Anyway, I want to thank you very much for following my issue and providing the great input you did during our exchanges.
