Hi, I accidentally closed the MBP 2021 M1 Max 16 inch and there was a little USB . Screen cracked, in the begginning there were some vertical and horizontal lines but now it completely turned BLACK. Is there any solution(replace the display)?
Hey Psyke, I’m sorry to hear about this. Unfortunately because of how new this product is your only option is to take it to apple as parts for these are non-existent outside of Apple and/or AASP (Apple Authorised Service Providers).
The warranty period is one year, and the device was released less than one year ago, you can take it to the Apple Store and see what they will do
