I had a cracked Iphone Xs screen replaced but the front camera would not work after the repair. The store said it had to be “reset” at the Apple store because of Face ID security. Is this true or was I scammed? thanks
If you got it replaced at a 3rd party repair store they most likely messed up your earpiece which can deactivate Face ID. They should pay for your replacement screen at Apple.
