My son has a 3rd gen itouch that slipped out of his hand from upstairs and slid off the carpet down below to the entry way tile of our house. Crack went the screen and we are wondering how to replace it. All of the do it yourself vids on YouTube are for 2nd gen. How do you complete the repairs on the 3rd gen? Where can you order the part?
