Hello i need help with knowing what to buy to fix my iphone 6s plus A1687 my screen cracked about a year ago, but it was working normally, with all functions even 3D touch and all about 3 months ago, my earpiece started to fail, i could barely hear anyone who calls me, i had to open speaker phone, but the screen was working OK 2 days ago, i was talking on my phone using my headset, and suddenly the screen went black, i tried to restart my iphone and that’s it, the screen isn’t working anymore, i tried calling my phone from another phone and the caller phone gives a ringing tone, but the broken iphone doesn’t ring or anything, tried to flick the silent button on and off, still no ring or anything tried to hold both buttons for 15 seconds, nothing tried to connect it to itunes, passlocked, wasn’t even able to backup i know that i need to replace my screen but what else should i consider buying with the screen ?? as im really paying so much for this to ship to here (( Egypt ) thanks in advance Nour Eddien
What you should buy just in case to make sure that you can get everything working (Make sure all 6s plus model replacement parts):
- iPhone 6s Plus replacement screen
- Earpiece (Top speaker)
- Front Facing Camera Assembly
- Home button extension cable with metal plate And I think that’s pretty much it. If everything goes out well for you, you may be able to just get away with just needing to replace the screen and transfer the parts from the old screen. A lot of the time the screen screws get loose over time from dropping the phone a lot (usually after the screen has been replaced at least once and other parts behind screen get loose).
