A new screen plus install work is very expensive, lcd panel price alone being sold well above 300Us$. If you want to replace it yourself and can settle for a used screen assembly, there are all sort of prices in the market depending on screen conditions and market place. You can find used screens on eBay, several online vendors and iFixit too, which quotes for the screen for 380$. If you want someone do the job for you, you’ll have to ask a local reputable shop for a quote. I’d expect Apple to do the job for about 600$ MacBook Air 13" (Mid 2013-2017) Display Assembly
