So my phone fell out my pocket many of times and got scratches or cracks but this one unfaithful and unlucky drop was the one that changed my phone, it is completely black, will charge, vibrates when calling the phone but no image or display of anything and the power button and volume down button does not work.
Sounds like a defective screen. You can replace it yourself by following this guide and ordering this part. The problem could be logic board related, given the impacts but the first step is to try a good quality or known-good replacement screen.
