Chosen Solution
I haven’t used this phone in months so don’t remember sign in pattern, I used the information from internet that said to hold volume down and power button now I’m stuck in a place that has Version, Test Pass ,Test Fail, and goes through every system on the phone repeatedly. How can I get out of this and to a clean screen without the pattern?
I got it to work. push, hold volume up & power it’ll turn on other screen, use volume select factory reset and volume UP to select it.,( if you try to use power to select it won’t work)
