Hi! I’m asking the question if you can safely open the iPad Mini without heating up the glass, I’m asking that because I took it to a store and the open the iPad in front of me without heating it and the metal backplate didn’t stayed on the display, did they do it wrong?.
Did you read the ifixit procedure for doing this ? Then the answer appears to be yes they did it wrong.
