Could I transfer a mother board into a iPhone 6 housing and buy all the parts that are available such as Touch ID,etc
No, you cannot transfer any iPhone parts between different models.
No you can’t however you can get some aftermarket housings that are shaped exactly like an iPhone 6 but a smaller version for the iPhone 5. They’re calling it the iPhone 6 mini conversion. I’ve done a few myself.
