So I have a bent and cracked iphone 7 and I decided to restore it and I just wanted to know could a slightly bent logic board be the cause to my iphone overheating and not turning on?
It certainly can…it all depends on how bent it is and where the bend is. A bent logic board can damage solder balls or break copper traces on or in the logic board. This can cause shorts which would cause heating. Please add a picture to your question so that we can see it.
