How much does it cost with Apple Care to change Home button? I have asked to Apple by phone, but they don’t want to tell me. If i changed it with Fixit, the touch ID won’t work again, so my Iphone will lose value. Sylvain
If you haven’t damaged your screen or your phone isn’t excessively damaged and is still under the warranty, then they usually replace it for free, if not, with Apple care, I couldn’t imagine it being much, best bet is to take it in store and see what they say, as they are the only ones who can reprogram a new home button with Touch ID. :-)
