I’m on the process of changing my old battery on my phone (APN: 616-0720). I would like to know if there is any concerns about using a replacement battery with a different APN (616-0718).

Should work fine. My iPhone 5s battery APNs are currently: 616-0721. I think batteries between 0718 and 0721 should work fine. I think the only thing to worry about is if the battery has the right connector and mAh capacity.
