I can connect the dongle and the computer acknowledges the device with a connection sound. However the remote presenter can not control the presentations. Time function works ok because that is integral to the remote. How do I re-synchronise the presenter to the dongle? Or is it another problem? Thanks in anticipation. Greg
Hi @gemac22 , Just verifying, have you got the Logitech Cordless 2.4 GHz Presenter Connection Utility 1.0 software installed in your PC? Here is a link where you can download it from if you haven’t got it installed already. These are the relevant instructions for the presenter from the Read Me file contained in the download. ‘‘For connecting the presenter:
- Install the batteries into the presenter.
- Turn ON the presenter.
- Double-click on the “LogiBindP” utility.
- Press the Reset button under the device.
