Uniden Dect. 6.0 - I have base and 6 cordless extensions, on one extension the screen has gone blank, although the phone works - has dial tone, can make calls, etc. Uniden support says try factory reset, I followed instructions, (disconnect battery, press * and #, reconnect battery) didn’t work. When informed of that, they say they no longer make phones, cannot help any more…. I don’t want to have to buy a whole new system to replace that one extension. Can I try something else to fix the screen on the one extension? Thanks
Hi, The replacement screen, even if available, would most probably be too hard to source and it may not even be a screen problem that you have. it could be a problem on the motherboard which affects the display. Try buying an individual handset on places such as Ebay - example only instead.
