Had to replace the drum bearing, put them in, put the washer all back together, plugged back in, F-73 is the error code. hit the power button 3 beeps goes blank. replaced the ui boards still same 3 beeps and goes dark….HELP
Check the door locking mechanism. Three beeps will give that error. UPDATE 1/14/17 f 71 user interface heartbeat failure: if a central control unit heartbeat failure is displayed, no communication is detected from the user interface to the central control unit. 1.) possible causes/procedures: a. check for continuity of the wiring user interface harness. b. check wire harness connections to the unser interface and the central control unit. c. replace the interface if the drum is rotating. d. replace central control unit if drum is not rotating.
