Chosen Solution
I bought the system early last year and tried it again a couple of months ago and the screen comes on and ask you to push the PS button on the controller but nothing works, bought new controllers and the same thing. Any easy fixes?
This issue is a difficult one…assuming that you’ve tried the easy stuff (new cable, controller, etc.) this might be something that isn’t fixable at the moment. We’ve fixed a few of these but there are some that we have yet to figure out. To answer your question, I don’t know of any easy fixes (especially since you’ve already tried the easy fixes!).
