I have a Kenmore elite he3 my wife turned it on but it didn’t fill then the pump came on and keeps running, the control panel reads 100 and none of the buttons respond. tried pressing stop twice.it does not respond tried un plugging it . when I plug it back in it does the same thing. can anyone help my work clothes are stuck in the washer
It needs about five minutes of being unplugged to reset but glad you figured it out. This might help someone else. figured it out pulled front panel off bottom reached up an manually opened door and then the controller reset
