Hi, the other day i was replacing an iPhones 5’s screen. I got a little frustrated so I finished up the repair without putting the metal plate that covers up the connections to the screen back on. this: https://d3nevzfk7ii3be.cloudfront.net/ig… Will I run into any problems?
this will cause a problem when jogging with the phone or small drops etc. Screw it back on before you lose it—takes 2 minutes. jessa
Sometimes the connectors may come undone on their own, but very rarely. You should be fine. It’s just always best to leave it like you got it.
Apple made the sheild for a reason so put it back on
