My CPU fan does not spin anymore after Ac power card blew up (and was repaired) As I do not have the skill to find where the circuit is out I wonder If I could make it spin again by connecting the 4 wires to the 4 wires of the ODD Fan? Sorry no your logic board is not designed to support two fans on one circuit. How about running the onboard diagnostics to see what it tells you. Restart your system and press the D key to enter into the diagnostics. Tell us what the error message is. Reference: Mac startup key combinations
