Chosen Solution
I’m not sure what Intel hardware is in my computer but it is some kind. Most of the time I have to restart my computer or it wont work and when I type I see nothing and then all the sudden what I had typed has appeared and sometimes it just freezes and I have to just turn it off to get it going again or it just crashes. Do you know how I can fix this?
Hi, Here’s a link that may be of some help. Do Steps 1, 3 & 4 Do not do step 2 as it involves downloading and installing 3rd party software which may or may not be a wise move. Do one at a time and see if it resolves the problem before trying the next step. p.s. The make and model number of your computer should be written on a label at the back of the computer or underneath, unless you have a custom built one.
Make first clean reinstall the windows…. whrn still frozen i think is KO capacitors on motherboard…
try downgrading your OS win. 10 has now technical issues, you must reinstal previous version of windows like win-7 or win-8
