Actual Model: 15-au123cl The computer was operating as normal this AM but when I plugged in a charging cable for my smartwatch into one of the USB ports it shut down. It will not re-boot and there is no indicator light when plugged in. I have tried different outlets and checked the cord, no problems there. I have tried holding down the power button for 15 seconds (connected and un-connected) with no success. Also tried the same thing holding down the power button and Windows button. Appreciate any help you might be able to offer.
