Chosen Solution
Last week my computer wouldn’t start. It was charged and the green logo would be shown but then nothing. I alt ctrl delete as the logo was shown and the computer repaired itself. Today I was using the laptop and closed it and when i reopened the conputer it isnt turning on. The blue battery light is on but when I press the power button nothing happens. I have tried the battery reset trick and it did not work. Thanks for any help.
Try removing the memory and replacing with know good memory. This can be cause by a bad memory stick . If theres two sticks of memory try removing them one at a time try starting with just one stick . Will it boot into the bios? do you have a windows disc and if so can you boot from that ? If so run the windows repair program . If you cant see anything at all do you get post beeps and if so how many and in what order. Have you tried connecting to an external monitor? Try all this let us know what you get and maybe we can help further
