As advised by you, I have sought an answer to my problem, before you write and I found an open discussion (Display Problem : Green on black color parts on screen), but I have not found a way to insert my post in that topic. Forgive me if I open a new thread for my problem. The screen of my Macbook Pro 15-inch, Mid 2010 (2.53 GHz Intel Core i5 Processor, Graphics NVIDIA GeForce GT 330M 256MB, Software OS X 10.9.3 (13D65)) shows the color black covered by a green matrix. Have you tried connecting an external monitor onto your system? If you have does the external monitor look the same or does it look correct with the desktop visible?
