Have a 5 yr old Kenmore that recently has a problem with clothes wrapping around the agitator. Why???
There can be several causes for this. First would you mind giving us the model number. Next, is there a certain cycle when this is happening? Do you hear any noises coming from the machine. Is this doing it on certain types of loads? Thanks
