my machine is pumping out but the clothes are still heavy and wet is this a pump issue or a belt issue
Sounds like it is not going into the spin cycle. Inspect the drive belt to determine if it is broken or if it is loose on the pulleys. If the drive belt is broken or loose, replace it.
