It seems to be spinning and draining however the clothes are wet like it didn’t spin..during the spin cyle you can hear it start to spin then mades a loud noise like it stopped then continues this thru out the spin cycle
@suesam1133 could be an issue with the transmission as well as the clutch. You need to let us know what make and model your washer is so that we can give you more specifics. Also, you did not tell us if it drains all the water out. If it does then it is most likely an issue with the rotation speed of the washer. If it does not it could be a clogged drain or faulty pump.
