I Have the same problem, only I have a 13.5 B&S , I have cleaned the gas tank line and filter
Your carb can still be dirty . there are small holes in the carb that ethanol gas can clog . if you take the float bowl off you’ll know right away if you need to clean the carb. If the inside is as green as the lawnmower in the picture on the right you’ll know that ethanol has left you high and dry
