Chosen Solution
An hour after replacing my battery and screen with the iFixit LCD screen and battery, a circular spot started appearing. Has anyone seen this before?Edit: added images

Sounds like a display issue. Especially if you’ve fitted the XS with an LCD rather than OLED. Also check if anything is stuck behind the display. A picture would help here.
