Chosen Solution
The Bot Device cannot load his accu. It does not recognized the contacts of the docking station. It still search and find the docking station well, but search endless the loading contacts. I’m still good in electronics but do not have any schematics and don’t kow any about the firmware/programms of a lot of microcontroller build in.
Chech the power switch at the bottom of the vacuum cleaner. It can cause no charge issue, and other strange behaviours. I had to repair that 2of 2 devices.
tomtom, check the charger first.
I’ve been struggling aswell. My navibot over a short period declined in battery capacity down to the level where it instantly died once leaving the charger unit. I even went and bought a new expensive battery, only to find out that the charger is charging to low current. I’m still struggling to find the reason. I replaced one of the voltage regulators hoping that would be the problem, but to no avail.

Look for burn traces on the mobo. Failure of the motor driver circuit has similar symptomes. I have qualified my mobo a dead, due to similar reason, which is giving me a chance for playing with arduino as replacement for mobo (as a forever project ; . ) :)
