Saw this listing on eBay saying that the monitor powered up but didn’t show anything on the screen. No clue if the seller just didn’t plug it in to a computer or what but is this a common issue with an easy fix or is this happens the monitor is toast. Also, do these not show anything on the screen if it isn’t plugged into a computer? Thanks to anyone who gives me useful info! Cam
@cam2363 the LCD is usually not the first thing to go. I’d go with inverter, bad CCFL’s way before I’d even think it’s a bad LCD. Always check for signal and backlight first.
If they are doing everything right, then it is a bad LCD. But they probably have a bad cable or they didn’t plug it in. If it is a bad LCD, then it is worthless.
