Solved Chip Near Battery Connector Heating And Hissing Sound While Charging Macbook Pro 13 Retina Display Late 2013

A ‘Chip’ near battery connector is heating up and making hissing sound, while charging. I Thought its battery so i got it replaced, but its still the same. The Chip squarish with rounded cornerd 10mm x 10mm is just near the battery connector and marked “4R7 403 W47”.

Edit : Its probably an inductor.
