So like i bought some time ago a knockoff cable for my iphone 6s and i left it charging over night, and idk what happened but in the morning the phone wouldn’t show any signs of life, i tried everything already, i tried another cable from a friend, another plug and nothing, black screen, i left it charging with my friend’s cable for an whole hour and still nothing, someone knows what it could be? i hope it isn’t motherboard damage or something ;(
Pepsi-Trip I would suggest you start with a new battery. If that should not work try a new charging port and if that does not work you may have charging issues related to the Tristar IC (U4500) IC. For future notice. Dont bug a cheap cable. It should be mfi certified, and shouldnt be less than 10$ (there may be good ones below that price point, but it is risky) Anker is a brand of charger I would recommend, if you dont want to spend 30$ on the apple official charger
