My iPhone has got a new battery and everything thing worked well until it turned off. So long it was on everything was ok. But when it turned off, it stopped charging and will not charge or turn on. A new battery has helped, but once it is off problem comes again.

Charging IC fault. If the previous battery went flat and phone wouldn’t charge it is because the faulty charging IC causes the phone to not be able to charge a flat battery. Most likely the previously battery works perfectly fine it’s just that the charging chip is stopping charging of flat batteries. A local reputable phone repair shop that does micro-soldering will be able to replace this chip for you.
