hi i have a problem with my phone.when i charge it it says charging but the battery is not increasing.i have to plug it twice or three times the cable before it can be charge.how do i fix it?
You may have a damaged Lightning cable or Dock in the the phone. I would try another, known-good Lightning cable first to see if this solves the problem. They tend to have issues with the sheathing and outer conductor. If that doesn’t solve your problem, the you may need another Lightning Port flex. This can be a DIY repair although there is no guarantee that is the problem. Worse case, you may have a weak battery or defective charge circuit on the logic board.
