So I just replaced a customers charging port on their iphone 7 plus. Now when I plug the phone into the charger the phone starts to power up but it is stuck on the apple logo. A soft reset does not fix the issue, please help.
Small parts have a reputation for low quality. You may have simply received a bad replacement port. Depending on what the issue was with the original port, you could always re-install it to see if the problem is still there or not. If the problem persists, then your issue could be logic board related.
I am sure you short any component in charging way or may be u2 ic (usb ic) short
