I bought my daugter an ematics funtab not even4 months ago and im thinking the charging port broke on it already, it wont charge anymore so we cant use it.. im trying to see where and how much it would be to send it in to get it fixed… if someone could help me thank you
Anne Strawn since this is a relative new device I would suggest that you contact the place where you purchased it from and see if it is covered under warranty. If not, it might be a bit tricky since this is not a very common tablet. You can try and check the port by using this guide Ematic FunTab 2 Motherboard Replacement to get to it. Check the solder joints to make sure they are still properly attached. Take plenty of pictures and post those with your question so we can see what you see and help you a bit more if needed.
