Hi, I have an HP probook 6475b with a broken screen and want to power it up, however when I plug it in, the charging light constantly blinks orange and when I press the power button, it blinks white 11 times. I am using a Dell power supply instead of a genuine HP one. Any help appreciated
Dell power supplies (charger) isn’t quite compatible with the HP chargers. Try a genuine HP charger or one with the proper size.
