Dear sir my phone just bought form May 2016, now it have problem with the Battery charge(is it very slow for charging battery). Please help if you have this problem like me. Best regards, Kimlong Chum
Hi, As you have only had the phone since May ‘16 it is still covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. This includes the charger as well. Consult the warranty documentation that came with the phone as to what you have to do to get a warranty repair or replacement.
