Hello, i got a charger that can charge 3 other phones, iphone 4s, iphone 5 and samsung devices. With that charger i want to connect my iphone 4s to my computer and i dont have the orginal charger so i have to use that one, but somehow it won’t connect to my computer, it will charge but not connect, someone know how i can fix this issue?
I assume it’s a cable with USB tip on one end and multiple tips on the second end? If yes, those will usually allow you to charge at best. Sometimes not even, if they are really poor quality. I advise you to use a dedicated known good cable (original or at least a good quality copy) if you want to sync your phone. Also make sure you have the latest iOS on your iPhone and the latest iTunes on your computer. Other things could be causing this, but the above are the most obvious/easy/straightforward that you can start with.
