Do you have to erase 128 GB SSD?
What is your current configuration? Do not use two SSD drives. Use the SSD drive for your system boot drive and your Apps. Use the standard HDD for storage. Apple thinks a 128 SSD is sufficient but you can use a larger more costly one The Ultimate Guide to Apple’s Proprietary SSDs. Then pick a 1 to 4 TB HDD drive for storage.
