I changed the display screen with new one, turned on and get a white screen? checked all connections, even plugged in broken screen and it still lit up on part of glass not cracked. any ideas?

The original screen had a small crack after falling off a desk and the bottom half of the screen was not working. Ordered a replacement screen and the replacement screen was faulty.

surely this is a software problem. Try starting up from an external USB device with a known good system on it. If it boots, run Disk Utilities from the external drive and see if that will do the trick.

Maybe you have not connected all the wires. If it is not of this then you will need programming pairing which only Apple does, and because you replaced the screen yourself they may not do it because it is Apple .
