Chosen Solution
I changed the battery very carefully. It took me quite a while as I didn’t want to damage anything. Upon assembly, the phone screen would not turn on and when plugged in, the phone vibrates every 5-10 seconds. I’ve read others that have had this issue with the LCD screen being damaged, but I honestly don’t see how that could have happened. I’ve tried: Reseating the LCD cablesRemoving battery and installing againHard reset of phonePutting old battery back in and testing (same issue)
It definitely sounds like a bad LCD, try changing it, if that doesn’t work, then you may have bust the backlight. :)
