I purchased an ifixit battery kit to change out battery as a battery app stated battery was 80 worn. Followed directions now it will not turn on.
It’s possible the battery is depleted as they have to ship with a very low charge for safety reasons. Plug in your charger, let in in all night and see tomorrow morning if the battery took a full charge. If it doesn’t charge after that, double check your charger and cable with another device and if they work fine, contact iFixit Support (help.ifixit.com) about a warranty replacement.
