Hi , I have an iPad Pro 1st gen , and I want to know if I can update the rear and the front cameras with more powerful cameras . For example my rear camera its 8mp I was thinking to change it with a 12mp one from iPhone 6s or another newest model . Or my front camera wich is 1.2mp with a newer version. Or if you know any compatibility between cameras / connectors from other models .
No you can’t change the cameras. They most likely wouldn’t fit in the case but they definitely wouldn’t connect to the motherboard. Also the programming for the cameras would not compatible.
